Welcome to the Bridge Book Club 2024 where we are now reading Self-Care: A Dynamic Approach to Integral Health.

If you don’t already have a copy of the book, start by purchasing it on Amazon:Self-Care.

You are about to embark on a real deep dive into everything related to the book Self-Care. It is a unique book club that will include discussions and exercises with the authors themselves to help explore this important topic.  If you are sometimes unable to do all the reading, the presenter will start with a synopsis and you can still ask questions and participate in the discussion. Of course you will get the most out of this if you keep up with the reading and apply any techniques that are shared in-between sessions.
